Once again KUDOS, to you and the “Royal Genie” program on board Anthem of the Seas!

My husband and I just returned from another wonderful cruise (02-15-20).  We had a Grand Loft Suite, cabin 10724.  Our Royal Genie this time was Yen Lee.  I must commend you for instituting this fantastic program.  I can’t tell you how many hundreds of relatives, friends and strangers I’ve told about this outstanding program.

Last cruise our genie was amazing; but on this voyage Yen Lee was simply spectacular.  Everyday she outdid herself; no matter how small or large the task; she showed compassion, dedication and a true love for what she does.  She went above and beyond to make every moment memorable.  Her personality, effort and work ethic are top grade.  I truly believe you should consider her for the corporate office in recruiting and training of future genies.  She is that good!

We are already planning our next cruise; and of course it will be with another “Royal Genie.”

I hope this message finds you in a great place!

I’m writing you to thank you again for your wonderful Venice seminar in 2018. To this day I still see and use most of the stuff you taught us there!

My career had some wonderful turn this past year, worked at the 6th best bar of the world and then the brand new Four Seasons in Athens! I’m working at In Room Dining there and I’m the butler for private dinners etc… Last summer there was a guest from Dallas that was amazed by my service and said that from now on she would have more expectations from her future Butlers. To me that was the best compliment. Turned out she liked the service SO much, she flew me in Colorado for her family Christmas vacations to be their butler!

I’ve gained so much experience and so many details from that trip that i would love to share! If by any chance I could be a useful asset to you in Greece please let me know! I would be more than happy for example to share my experience to some of your students in Greece as a guest to the seminars. I’d love to be the example that this seminar really helped provide good service, elevate my career and gave me memorable experiences! I think it would motivate them even more hear some words from someone that used to be in their position just 2 years ago!

I hope you had wonderful holiday and i wish you a very wealthy and happy new year.

I’m Apinya, one of your student from Thailand and currently working for Thai Airways. I’m writing this email to show my gratitude towards all of your knowledge I have from my both butler classes with you, in Bangkok and in London.
What you taught me is very useful and it changes my passenger’s experience. For me, it took months trying to adapt and adjust your world class standard of training to be in my own way. Especially how to deal with the difficult guests. The role plays and dialogues you trained us save my life so much. Also it gives “WOW” experience to my passengers as they told me that they heard it only in 5 stars hotels.

And another great thing I learnt from the class which is “attention to the small details” works very well on board. Like you told me, it’s better to spend few minutes to take a look closely than spending hours or day to fix the problem. Also this works well to my personal life.

From the butler class I attended in London last September, it widen my eager of learning and leads to applying for the finishing school, which I’m sure it will improve my working skill or even the new job I might pursue in the future.

Dear Mr Williams,

My apologies for my disappearance in the past few months. I have been very busy with learning a new job.

I don’t know if you heard any news of me but, after my internship,in November, offered me by the British butler Institute, I succeeded in finding a position as butler at the Lanesborough in London.

The job has been very demanding till now but every single day I’m understanding how to become better and learning new skills as well.

For this, i have to thank you, the Institute, Stathis for the dedication at my case and the teaching that helped me to move forward.

I won’t stop looking how to become better to arrived at the idea of the butler that you set in our mind, during the days of the training.

I would like to ask you how are you, now.

How the training of new students is continuing and if it keep you busy, as I remember.
