Project 1
Project to be fully operational by October 2014. It consist of 2 buildings of 28 stories each. In one of the buildings there will be 900 service apartments with butler service. The second building will be business offices.
At present the ground floor is ready. There potential clients are welcomed during dinners or high tea to sell the apartments.
Project 2
Domain of 1,5 million square meters which has 31 villa’s, a golf club, 2 restaurants and 3 conference rooms. There is also a hotel which will have 600 rooms when finished.
For this project we are looking for 4 butlers very urgently, females are also considered. 1 butler will act as Grand Butler to lead the butler department.
Project 1 accommodation for the butler:
– Contemporary apartment at 5 minutes walk of the project, with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen, terrace, washing machine, tv, internet, airco and supermarket close by. – 3 meals per day
Project 2 accommodation for the butler:
– Apartment with one room per butler, certain common area’s to be shared. – Grand butler will be staying in the hotel. – Lunch is free
For both projects the offered remuneration package is the following:
– 1 two way ticket to country of origin per year – € 300 per year medical care – 13th month paid and possibly 14th month based on achieved targets. – Trial period of 3 months, fixed contract of undetermined length – After 6 months, possibility to have family join the butler and job offer upon qualifications of family member. – butler uniform provided Annual starting salaries (excl. 13th and 14th month)
Junior butler : 24.390€ Senior butler : 29.268€ Grand Butler : 39.024€ 8% of the salary will be held and paid every six months for junior and senior butlers, 12 months for Grand butler. This to ensure best practices for both sides.

Working conditions:
5 day workweek of 40 hours, 2 days off.
15 off days per year (excl. legal holidays)
Please note that you will be working in the Chinese culture which might be different to European conditions. Life is rather cheap and possibilities to advance in your position are very likely.
