Job Description:

Required to work on Private Yacht and in Private Residence.

Working for a wonderful family between East Anglia and San Remo

Duties:

These will include but are not limited to:-

Serving breakfast, lunch & dinner (rarely silver service, but silver service experience required)

Bartending (serving wine/creating cocktails (beneficial to have sommelier qualifications)

Party preparations

Prepare daily medication

Meeting guests’ requirements

Travelling

These will include but are not limited to:-

Travelling on private jet

Managing property/hotel at destination (“Instant Household”)

Packing / unpacking

Restaurant bookings

Creating menu with chef + wine pairing

Inventory of wines, crockery, cutlery etc.

Cleaning/polishing of silver etc.

Liaising with Housekeepers

Organising newspapers

Dog sitting / walking / veterinarian appointments

Ordering/Shopping online

Organising dry cleaning

Organising couriers

Organising ground transportation

Restaurant bookings

Yacht Duties

These will include but are not limited to:

Update tourist information on display

Meeting bespoke requirements

Liaising with Purser and Chef Stewardess

The following will be provided:

Accommodation live in (in residences and on board yacht)

Uniform

Sustenance

Car

Requirements

Driving license

Ability to travel worldwide at short notice

Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Salary per annum: Negotiable and relative to experience and qualifications. £90 +

TBBI qualification a bonus.
