Dear Gary and everyone at TBBI,
Having just completed my two week internship at the glorious Lanesborough Hotel London I wish to send my sincere thanks for a wonderful end to an amazing course. From day one to day twenty I never stopped learning. I have had a wonderful 22.5 year career in the military and am now looking forward to the next chapter of my life.
On making the decision to take your course I have made a large step to hopefully my next long and rewarding career in Butling and Household management.
The skills you’ve taught me from Deportment to Suitcase packing, from Table Laying to Extreme Concierge. Not to mention the outstanding masterclasses including Coffee and Flowers to name a couple.
My knowledge of Real luxury was blown away with the visits to the amazing boutiques and stores to which were organised perfectly to accompany the course, literally making my head spin from luxury watches to bespoke perfume all of which I’m sure will prove its worth in the future.
So once again thank you very much for your help and guidance.
