Duties:

•Take care of vehicles and wash

•See to it that the house is in excellent condition, do inspections frequently etc.

•Prepare monthly financial statements

•Purchasing

•Fireplaces and wood  - Organise chimney sweep

•Clean indoor pool

•Polishing silver and flatware

•Prepare house for winter, spring – spring cleaning (clothes etc.)

•Prepare house for winter ski season

•Mixology skills

•Housekeeping duties

•Check ski equipment

•Organise events for guests

•Keep House Manual Up to Date and telephone/address book up-to-date

•Library care of books
