These positions offer varied international placements and the opportunity to work closely with UHNW principals and their families in unique and dynamic environments.
Primary Responsibilities
Successful candidates may be required to perform a wide range of butler and household service duties, including but not limited to:
Food & Beverage Service
- Formal and informal table service
- Table setting and presentation to luxury standards
- Beverage service and guest hospitality
Household Management Support
- Grocery shopping and household provisioning
- Maintenance and management of household inventories
- Ensuring all areas of the residence are fully stocked and prepared
Valet & Wardrobe Management
- Wardrobe organisation and care
- Packing and unpacking of luggage
- Full valet services and garment maintenance
Guest Services
- Meet and greet of guests and visitors
- Handling telephone messages and communications
- Front-of-house service and guest reception
- Turn-down service and room preparation
Events & Lifestyle Support
- Assistance with event planning and execution
- Catering coordination
- Décor and floral arrangements
- Support for private functions and social gatherings
Travel Support
- Assistance with travel arrangements and logistics
- Packing, unpacking, and travel preparation
- Supporting principals during domestic and international travel
Training & Development
- Supporting and assisting in the training of junior household staff where required
- Maintaining service standards across teams and properties
Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who demonstrate:
- Proven experience as a Butler or in luxury private service
- Strong knowledge of formal and informal service standards
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity
- Flexibility to travel and work internationally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a wide range of household environments and principal preferences
