An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a private family based in Central London in a highly dynamic Lifestyle Manager / Personal Assistant role.
This is a work-from-home opportunity for the right candidate, requiring exceptional organisational ability, discretion, and a strong network within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, and private service sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Principal’s lifestyle, household coordination, and personal arrangements to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Tickets & Entertainment
- Secure VIP access to prestigious sporting events.
- Arrange front-row theatre tickets and sold-out concerts.
- Manage last-minute and high-demand bookings.
Reservations & Hospitality
- Book tables at London’s finest restaurants.
- Arrange guest list access to exclusive private clubs and night venues.
- Secure luxury 5-star hotel suites globally when required.
Luxury Shopping & Lifestyle Services
- Provide personal shopping services at London’s leading luxury boutiques.
- Source exclusive items, gifts, and bespoke purchases.
- Maintain awareness of seasonal collections and private client offerings.
Health & Wellness
- Arrange luxury spa retreats and wellness breaks.
- Coordinate detox programmes and elite personal trainers.
- Manage health and wellbeing bookings and schedules.
Household Management
- Oversee full coordination of household services, including:
- Cleaners
- Butlers
- Plumbers, electricians, painters, and maintenance teams
- Removal and logistics services
- Ensure the home operates seamlessly at all times.
Recruitment & Staffing
- Source and recruit domestic staff, including:
- Nannies
- Butlers
- Cooks and chefs
- Housekeepers
- Gardeners
- Chauffeurs
- Estate Managers and domestic couples
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews.
Candidate Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience in luxury lifestyle management, private PA work, or high-end concierge services.
- Strong network within hospitality, luxury brands, and private service industries.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex schedules.
Desirable
- Experience working for UHNW individuals or private families.
- Background in luxury travel, hospitality, or estate management.
- Recruitment experience within domestic staffing sectors.
