Position Overview
The British Butler Institute is seeking an experienced and passionate Hospitality Trainer to join its expanding training team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is not only experienced in luxury service environments but is also genuinely passionate about training, mentoring, and transforming the careers of others.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering world-class butler and hospitality training programmes to international clients across private households, luxury hotels, aviation, and estates.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
- Deliver high-quality hospitality and butler training programmes.
- Conduct both classroom-based and practical, hands-on training sessions.
- Train individuals and teams across luxury hospitality environments worldwide.
Mentoring & Development
- Inspire and mentor trainees to achieve exceptional service standards.
- Support career development and professional growth of students.
- Adapt training delivery to different cultural and operational environments.
Curriculum & Standards
- Uphold The British Butler Institute’s training standards and service philosophy.
- Assist in refining and updating training materials where required.
- Ensure consistency in service excellence across all programmes.
Client Engagement
- Work closely with international clients and luxury establishments.
- Represent the Institute professionally at all times.
- Deliver training that aligns with client-specific requirements and expectations.
Candidate Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience in hospitality, luxury service, or private household environments.
- Strong understanding of five-star service standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for training, mentoring, and developing people.
- Professional, polished, and adaptable personality.
Desirable
- Previous experience as a trainer, educator, or team leader.
- Background in butler service, luxury hotels, aviation, or estates.
- International experience within hospitality or private service sectors.
