Xavier is a sommelier and a member of the International Wine and Food Society and the SAWC.
He has trained some of the best in the industry and has travelled throughout many of the wine regions in the world, meeting some world-class wine makers.
He has a passion for promoting boutique wineries and matching wines across the price range and region with foods, and is well recognised in the hospitality industry. Xavier looks after an enviable list of clients who entrust him with managing their private cellars.
Xavier has developed a TBBI wine brand for the Chinese market, this was launched in August 2013.
