Duties:
- Setting up and service of all meals.
- Daily hands on participation with housekeeping including special projects and deep cleaning.
- Organization of Housekeeping schedules.
- Care of fine finishes, furnishes, crystal/silver/china.
- Food and beverage services, including table settings.
- Grocery shopping and kitchen inventory management.
- Event planning
- Maintain and manage household inventories.
- Wardrobe management for closets and alternations.
- Manage cigars and fine wine.
- Greeting of guests and visitors, telephone messages.
- Vehicle care.
- Establishment of crisis management manual.
- Cigar etiquette and delivery.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
- 5 years previous experience in residence and/or luxury hospitality.
