Butler and junior butler required

This position is for a Middle Eastern Family who have a holiday home in the  Seychelles.

Main Duties include:

Manage, organize and coordinate the day to day operation of the household.

Set up the house for visiting friends. Knowledge of International Etiquette.

Organizing and supervising household staff  as well as outside contractors and personnel (gardeners, maintenance personnel, etc.) per household procedures.

Update the owners about the physical condition of the property, any renovations and maintenance required and all financial arrangements.

Plans all maintenance and repair works with vendors, and ensures that the property at any time is at his best conditions.

Understands concepts like being anticipatory, friendly not familiar, privacy and confidentiality, invisible and available.

Answers residence phone, receives guests at the door and supervises the reception of visitors.

Must be willing to go on a 4 week British Butler Institute training course on site.

Keep the household budgets and inventory supplies.

Understands social etiquette and formal service.

Serves meals and drinks.

A PADI Diving qualification or similar qualification would be a bonus.

Interviews will be held at The British Butler Institute in London. Live in position. Salary £65K + for the right candidate. Flexible working hours 60 per week working 6 days a week when in residence. Principals in residence 2 months of year. 1 flight home a year.
