| Details: | To Start ASAP.We are looking for a professional Travelling Valet / Office Butler to support and join the current team of a Taiwanese Gentleman on worldwide travels and at the base in Taipei.The key to this position is a hands-on attitude with an eye for details, making sure all tasks are fulfilled to the highest standard and being organized and flexible. Duties and ResponsibilitiesWhen away (Travelling Valet):– Professional packing and unpacking
– Coordination of luggage – Preparation and setup of residences and hotels to principals needs – Serving principal and guests – Running errands & shopping – Assisting flight Crew with cabin arrangements such as cleaning and setting up the cabin before and after flights, organizing flower arrangements, keeping track of luggage and items on aircaft – Occasional assistance in kitchen, light cooking – Working time: required 24/7, time off will be given if possible When at Base (Office Butler):– Serving Principal and Guests
– Coordinating Service Staff – Maintaining Inventory – Silver and Delicates Care – Preparing Travels – Working time: Monday-Friday 09am to ca. 06pm, occasional late nights or weekend shifts are possible Candidates must be / have:– Previous experience in similar role with high class hospitality background
– Solid experience in table service and serving techniques – Well behavior and knowledge of etiquette and protocol – Calm and stress resistant – Used to long working days – Loyal, patient, energetic but knows when to be discreet – Fluent in English, any other language is a plus – US B1/B2 or/and Russian Business Visa is beneficial Benefits:– Salary circa 35,000 EUR – depends on experience
