House Manager / Butler Grand Cayman

Butler to oversee large property the island of Grand Cayman.

Duties include:

Set up of the household manual.

Training and management of existing staff.

Recruitment.

Preparation of rooms for guests, 

Meet and greet at the airport as well as departure duties for the principal and guests.

Concierge skills and travel arrangements.

Packing and unpacking of suitcases.

Meet and greet.

Dining set up in all areas and delivery of service in all areas for food and drinks.

Set up of the SOP.

Driving duties.

Help with events.

Cocktail and champagne party delivery.

Other duties associated with a busy household.

Candidate requirements:

Experience of running a large property and dealing with contractors.

Experience in all areas of service.

Must be trained by TBBI 

Spoken language English.

Flexibility.   

 Qualified Scuba Diver would be an advantage.

Package:

Permanent (Live-in), Condo provided in South Sound (Residential area of Cayman Islands)

Must have a British passport

Salary per annum: Salary 65000 Cayman dollars per annum (tax free)
