A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the front service team for an exceptional Trainee Butler to join our busy bespoke operation.

As a Trainee Butler you will go above and beyond the guest’s expectations, working closely with other departments such as: housekeeping and concierge to maintain the highest five star standards for our guest and their experience. The position will require the successfully candidate to be fully conversant with all menus and learn the correct presentation in silver service and mis-en-place before and during service. This is a prime opportunity for an individual to develop within the butler role and progress within the hotel.

To succeed in this role you will be in a similar position and have a proven track record of working within a five star property. Communication and organisational skills are paramount, together with the flexibility to work within a team. Candidates will also have excellent customer service skills, speak fluent English and be immaculately presented

Entry Requirements:

• Hotel / F&B experience is essential • Excellent customer service skills • Enthusiastic in delivering service excellence • The ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills • An Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written • A polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
