We would like to thank Gary Williams for his inspiration, good humour and exceptional insight into service excellence during his one week training for our train our front of house and Concierge team. We have hosted a number of training sessions of this nature over the years and this was by far the most effective. We had a wide range of staff attend the course holding various positions and job scopes which always poses challenging with regards to training. Nonetheless Gary was able to capture everyone’s attention and bring relevance to every individual through his enthusiasm and wealth of experience.
I was impressed with how the course gave the team a good balance of the theory and hands on practical skills that the team were able to apply with immediate effect. One of the key reasons behind the success of the course was its ability to motivate the staff and build their confidence both individually and as part of a team. The entire team were extremely enthusiastic and positive about the course and we look forward to working with Gary and the British Butler institute on future training sessions for our front of house team.
